Scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable technical outages may temporarily affect access to games or Player accounts. luckpot will make reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions and to communicate planned downtime in advance.
luckpot's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to luckpot in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and luckpot, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through luckpot's internal complaints process. Players may submit a formal complaint to luckpot customer support, which will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

Continued use of the luckpot platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the luckpot platform and request account closure.
